All goods remain our property until full and complete payment has been received.

RETURNS: If you are unhappy with any of your item(s), you may cancel your order by giving written notice within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. You then have a further 14 calendar days to return the items – they must be received by us within 28 days of delivery. We do not pay the cost of return postage. To return item(s) for a refund, please ensure the they are returned in their original conditions with bags and tags. We will replace faulty software, CDs, videos, eBooks etc. These items cannot be exchanged or returned. Charts cannot be returned. Goods returned damaged or missing bags and tags will be subjected to a re-stocking charge of 25%

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery depending on your location. Estimated delivery time for most countries can be found here

Jeppesen VFR and IFR flight guides and Terminal Charts are only supplied to order to ensure they are current at the time of delivery. Because of this we are not able to accept returns of these items under any circumstances.

Prices shown on this site apply to orders placed via this site and may vary from prices in our retail outlets.

We do not ship outside Europe unless payment has been received in full by bank transfer - details will be supplied on request. In the event that a shipping company charges a Remote Area delivery surcharge ( regardless of destination country ) then we will contact you to arrange payment of the surcharge. Should you choose not to pay the surcharge we will regard the order as cancelled and make a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. We reserve the right to require such proof of identity as we deem necessary prior to filling an order. A contract will exist only at the moment we despatch the goods. We may refuse to accept an order if we do not receive credit card authorisation or items are no longer available or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud. All prices are subject to change without notice.

In the event that an item is missing from your order or damaged in transit you must notify us by e-mail or in writing within 5 days of receipt of the parcel. In the event of damage you should retain the packaging. If the parcel is obviously damaged or has been tampered with then you should not accept delivery.

Orders shipped outside the EU will not be charged VAT. Any local import duties or taxes which may be charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
